Auric Jewelry & Co. is the customer-facing jewelry brand. Lanier Design develops the jewelry concepts, CAD direction and production specifications behind the collection and custom pieces.
Orders are managed online and shipped to customers. Custom pieces are reviewed before final production approval. Regular orders are also reviewed before an invoice is sent. Refunds and payment adjustments are recorded against the original transaction rather than erasing order history.
